WXIT persists the educational concept of "Human Oriented" in order to improve the students' integrative quality. It is performed as follows:

    * Organizing various culture and art activities such as " 5·4 Technical, Literature and Art Festival", Technical Devices Making Competitions, Robot Competitions and Daily-Life Skills Competitions, elevating the students' abilities of innovation and practice.
